When making a room reservation, our guests accept the hotel’s internal regulations and the guidelines for the use and processing of personal data \u2013 GDPR.<\/strong><\/p>\n

For bookings made by phone, the terms and conditions will be accepted at the time of arrival.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Room Reservation<\/strong>
\nRoom reservations are mainly made online through the www.septimiaresort.ro website, other booking online portals such as Booking.com, travelminit.ro, expedia.com, h2b.ro, etc., as well as via email or phone using the provided contacts, or in person at the hotel reception.<\/p>\n

Check-In – Check-Out<\/strong>
\nCheck-in:<\/strong> Rooms can be occupied from 2:00 PM.
\nCheck-out:<\/strong> Rooms must be vacated by 11:00 AM on the day of departure. After check-out, we will inspect the rooms, and any missing items or damages will be the financial responsibility of the guest.
\nLate check-out:<\/strong> In case of late check-out until 6:00 PM, 50% of the current daily room rate will be charged, and after 6:00 PM, 100% of the current daily room rate will be charged.
\nSPA services<\/strong> – if the service is included in the purchased package – the entrance is available until 12:00 PM on the day of departure. If late check-out is requested, the payment for the spa services may also apply.<\/p>\n

Payment\/Cancellation Policy<\/strong>
\nThe reservation will be finalized only if the specified conditions (e.g., advance payment) in the booked reservation are fulfilled by both parties. For on-site payment options, we kindly ask our guests for a bank card guarantee. We require the bank card details (cardholder’s name, card number, and expiration date) for the reservation guarantee.<\/p>\n

The remaining amount of the reservation that has not been previously settled can be paid upon arrival or at the latest before departure.<\/p>\n

Cancellation policy:<\/strong>
\nFor individual bookings, the reserved services can be canceled free of charge until 48 hours before arrival. Non-refundable packages will not be reimbursed.
\nCancellation fee:<\/strong> In case of cancellation within 48 hours before arrival, we will not refund the paid amount, which is generally up to 50% of the reservation value. For on-site payment options, we will charge the guest for the first night in case of cancellation within 48 hours before arrival.<\/p>\n

We accept the following payment methods at our hotel:<\/strong>
\nCash: RON or EUR
\nCredit cards: VISA, Mastercard
\nVacation cards: Sodexo, Edenred, ChequeDej\u00e9uner
\nNote: We can only accept cards for payments related to accommodation services. Vacation cards can only be used by the cardholder.<\/p>\n

All invoices will be issued in RON. The guest acknowledges that for EUR-based reservations, the payable amount will be calculated based on the current BNR exchange rate, and the invoice will be issued in RON.<\/p>\n

For advance payment, the deposit is considered accepted only if the amount is received into the hotel’s bank account.<\/p>\n

Please note that billing is done between 7:00 AM and 9:30 PM. For nighttime or early morning departures, please inform the reception the previous evening for the invoice preparation.<\/p>\n

Pets<\/strong>
\nSmall pets (<5 kg) are allowed in hotel rooms for an additional fee. The guest is responsible for any damages caused by the pet to the hotel’s property.
\nPets are not allowed in the hotel’s restaurant, wellness area, and outdoor swimming pool area.<\/p>\n

We cannot accommodate large breed dogs at the hotel, but we can assist you with their accommodation. With prior agreement, your pet will be transported to special pet transport kennels in a pleasant environment in Lupeni. The owner must provide the pet’s food. The accommodation fee for dogs is 15 EUR per night.<\/p>\n

Behavior in the Hotel<\/strong>
\nWe kindly ask our guests to respect the tranquility of other guests and avoid making noise. (Especially after 10:00 PM, please be considerate of others’ peace.)
\nProper attire is required in the hotel restaurant, and wearing swimwear is not allowed in the restaurant.
\nIt is not allowed to remove items from the rooms or hotel premises.
\nHotel facilities must be used for their intended purpose.
\nCompliance with fire and safety regulations is mandatory for all guests.
\nIn case of any damage, the guest or their legal representative is responsible for compensating for it.
\nOur rooms are non-smoking rooms, so we ask our guests to use the designated smoking areas provided by the hotel, located at the hotel entrance and terrace. In case of smoking in the room, a fee of 100 RON will be charged.
\nFor guests who have wellness\/outdoor swimming pool services included in their package, upon check-in, we provide a towel card for use. Guests can request towels at the hotel reception and can exchange them anytime at the reception. If the towel card is not returned at check-out, the guest will be charged for its value.
\nWe ask our guests not to take room towels to the wellness area.
\nIf guests use the room bathrobe in the wellness area, please return it to the room.<\/p>\n

Safety<\/strong>
\nSeveral security cameras are operational on the hotel premises.
\nWe are not responsible for any valuables left in the rooms. We ask our guests to use the safe in the room to secure their valuables. If a guest possesses a firearm in the hotel, they must inform the reception and store the weapon\/ammunition in the designated firearm safe.
\nThe door must be locked at all times when leaving the room.
\nAny found items should be handed over to the hotel reception.
\nWe recommend handing over the room key card to the reception; in case of its loss, a replacement fee of 100 RON will be charged.
\nIt is prohibited to store flammable and explosive materials in the hotel room. Coffee makers, kettles, irons, and other electrical appliances should be used at the guest’s own risk. Any damages caused by the guest’s operation of these appliances will be the guest’s responsibility. Please notify the hotel reception if you need an iron.
\nIf guests notice any malfunctions in the room, they should inform the hotel reception immediately.
\nFound objects left in the hotel room will be kept for 1 month.<\/p>\n

Parking<\/strong>
\nOur hotel has a parking lot equipped with a barrier, which is free for hotel guests. Please return the parking card received upon arrival at the reception on the day of departure.
\nParking in the two-way busy courtyard in front of the hotel is prohibited for safety reasons.<\/p>\n

Breakfast \/ Other Meals<\/strong>
\nThe room rate includes breakfast, which is served in the hotel restaurant from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM on weekdays and from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM on weekends.
\nFor buffet breakfast, unlimited food consumption is provided. If it’s not a buffet, the guest can order from the breakfast menu, and the dishes will be served according to the guest’s request.
\nProper attire is required during meals.<\/p>\n

Breakfast is available for our guests from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM on weekdays and from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM on weekends. If guests cannot have breakfast due to early departure, a cold package can be prepared upon request.
\nFood and beverages not purchased in the hotel can only be consumed by the guest in their hotel room.<\/p>\n

The kitchen is open until 10:00 PM, and the last order will be taken until 9:30 PM.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Other Services<\/strong><\/p>\n

The services of our wellness center, outdoor swimming pool, bowling alley, and restaurants are not available for exclusive use. This means that the mentioned areas need to be shared by our hotel guests and other paying customers.
\nWe can provide all our services (wellness, massage, table reservations, bowling lane reservations, etc.) only with prior booking. You can request them by email or phone before arrival or at the hotel reception.
\nWe provide sunbeds at the beach area for our hotel guests until 12:00 PM.
